Rabobank predicts a strong year for ag

BETTER than expected seasonal conditions across most regions of Australia, coupled with lower input costs, have helped set up the agricultural sector for a strong year ahead, according to Rabobank. The bank's annual outlook, which was released this week, also said while agri commodity prices are well down on the highs seen over the last two years, price forecasts point to "continued positive farm margins in key agricultural sectors in 2024".
